We now offer one day crowns using CEREC.
Normal dental crowns are made in a dental lab and require that patients come for two visits. One to measure and get impressions for the crown and another visit to place the dental crown after the lab creates it. With CEREC, digital impressions are taken and a state-of-the-art dental mill creates your crown right in our office that day.
What does that mean for you as a patient? These cosmetic crowns look great in the front or back of your mouth and we save you from visiting our office twice over a few weeks while dealing with a temporary crown in-between visits.
The same day crowns are just as strong and will last as long as traditional crowns. They also cost the same amount as traditional crowns!
